The shipment of your order is our highest priority. Every day, we dispatch products to customers around the world and work closely with our suppliers to ensure each item meets our quality standards before shipping.
Because the majority of our fulfillment partners and warehouses are internationally based, shipping and handling times may vary. For this reason, we do not offer next-day or expedited delivery services at this time.
Processing Time
Once payment is successfully received, your order is immediately sent to our suppliers for order verification, quality control, packaging, and preparation for shipment. This processing period typically takes 1–4 business days.
Shipping Time
Shipping time refers to the period during which your order is in transit from the warehouse to its final destination. Transit times generally range from 10–15 business days, depending on destination, carrier, and local postal services.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
In most cases, customers can expect their order to arrive within 11–19 business days, which includes both processing and shipping time.
We offer free shipping on all orders, both within the United States and internationally.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or regional service disruptions. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
